Last updated: October 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Orvoh ("Orvoh," "we," or "us") handles information when you use our outreach software service. By using Orvoh, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide (such as account and workspace details), information needed to operate connected services (such as Gmail and LinkedIn when you choose to connect them), and technical data such as logs needed to run and secure the product.
Google account and Gmail data
If you connect Gmail with Google OAuth, Orvoh requests the following scopes:openid, email, profile, gmail.send, andgmail.readonly.
When you connect Gmail, Orvoh may:
- Identify the connected Google and Gmail account (including email address and basic profile information from Google).
- Send email on your behalf when you use Orvoh sending features for connected mailboxes.
- Read Gmail message, thread, and history data needed to sync outreach conversations, detect inbound replies, and reconcile sent messages with what Orvoh recorded.
- Store OAuth credentials and tokens securely, encrypted as required, to keep the connection working and refresh access.
- Store outreach and message metadata and content needed to provide the product (for example campaign context, thread linkage, and message bodies relevant to your workspace).
Orvoh does not use Google user data for advertising. Orvoh does not sell Google user data. Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing Orvoh functionality consistent with your authorization. Access is limited to the scopes required for the connected functionality described above.
You can disconnect your Google account from Orvoh by removing the connection in Orvoh and revoking Orvoh's access in your Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Google API Services User Data
Orvoh's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use information
We use information to provide and operate Orvoh, to secure the service, to support you, and to improve reliability and usability. We do not use Google user data for advertising or sell Google user data.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
