These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Orvoh ("Orvoh," "we," or "us"), an outreach software service. By using Orvoh, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Orvoh provides software to help teams plan and run outreach across email and LinkedIn using accounts you connect. Features and availability may change as we improve the product.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for lawful use of Orvoh and for compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform terms (including Google, Gmail, and LinkedIn).
  • You must have authority to connect any email or social accounts you link to Orvoh.
  • You may not use Orvoh for abusive, fraudulent, harassing, or unlawful activity, or to send spam or malware.
  • You are responsible for the content you send and the recipients you contact through your connected accounts.

Availability

Orvoh is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, or third-party service issues may affect access.

Accounts and access

We may suspend or terminate access to Orvoh if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

Fees and billing

Paid features, if offered, are described at the time of purchase or in your workspace billing settings. Fees are generally charged in advance for the billing period shown at checkout unless stated otherwise. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orvoh disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Orvoh is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid Orvoh for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid fees, whichever is greater.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated Terms with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
